Football roundup- Barca's injured Oleguer out for up to six weeks
Club doctors said the defender would be able to begin physical activity in around two weeks but the fracture would take around a month and half to heal. He will miss both legs of his side's Champions League last 16 tie against Celtic.
* AS Roma captain Francesco Totti said he is amazed the Ballon D'Or award is missing from Real Madrid striker Raul's honours collection.
"It is a scandal that such a good player, a player who has scored wherever he has gone, has won everything there is to win, has never won the Ballon D'Or," Totti told Sky television before Roma's Champions League clash with Real next week.
The former Italy forward also praised the Spaniard for sharing his sense of club loyalty: "Raul is Real Madrid's Totti and Totti is Roma's Raul. We are similar in the way we have grown up, always with the same team, always with the same desire to stay.".
* Fiorentina striker Christian Vieri will miss Thursday's visit to Norwegian side Rosenborg in the UEFA Cup round of 32 because of an Achilles problem, the Serie A club said on their Web site (www.acffiorentina.com).
* German fans have applied for 2.6 million tickets to watch their team at Euro 2008 -- a massive over-subscription that will leave the vast majority of supporters disappointed.
The German Football Association (DFB) has just 14,400 tickets to sell on to fans for the team's three first-round matches at the tournament in Austria and Switzerland. More will become available if Germany progress.
"The figures are overwhelming," DFB vice-president Wolfgang Niersbach said in a statement.
