A 64-year-old man yesterday pleaded not guilty to raping his daughter.
The man from Ħamrun, who cannot be named by court order, was charged with raping his 37-year-old daughter, holding her against her will, threatening to kill her and relapsing.
The man allegedly raped his daughter at his residence on Monday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. He was remanded in custody.
Police Inspector Louise Calleja prosecuted.
Lawyers Joseph Giglio and Stephen Tonna Lowell appeared for the defendant.
