A 64-year-old man has been remanded in custody after he pleaded not guilty to raping his daughter.
The man from Hamrun who can not be named by court order was charged with raping his 37-year-old daughter, holding her against her will, threatening to kill her and relapsing.
The man allegedly raped his daughter at his residence on Monday between 11a.m and 1p.m.
Police Inspector Louise Calleja prosecuted.
Lawyers Joseph Giglio and Stephen Tonna Lowell appeared for the defendant.
