Promises by big parties cannot come true - AN

The leader of Azzjoni Nazzjonali, Josie Muscat said yesterday he wants to assure the public that the promises of financial gain being made by the Labour and the Nationalist parties cannot come true.

"With all due conviction I tell the people that whoever is returned to office would have to face you, telling you that they have found a financial disaster and big problems and would ask you to make more sacrifices and tighten the belt".

Speaking during a news conference, Dr Muscat said that when the electorate chose to elect one of the two big parties they would be facing a dead end.

AN would be guided by the principle that the citizen would be the prime aim in every decision it takes, Dr Muscat said.
