10.30 a.m. Mrs Fenech Adami attends a coffee morning hosted by Huda Sherksi, spouse of the Libyan ambassador, at her residence in Madliena.

11 The President receives a ­courtesy call from Michael Zammit Cutajar, who on Republic Day was appointed Member of the National Order of Merit in absentia, at the Palace, Valletta.

Thursday

10.15 a.m. Mrs Fenech Adami attends a concelebrated Mass by the Archbishop, Mgr Paul Cremona, OP, organised by the Breast Care Support Group Europa Donna at St Agatha's church, Rabat.

7 p.m. Mrs Fenech Adami presides over the President's Ball committee meeting at San Anton Palace, Attard.

Friday

6.15 p.m. The President receives a courtesy call from the committee of the International Federation of Blood Donors Organisation (IFBDO) at San Anton Palace, Attard.

7.30 The President and Mrs Fenech Adami host a vocal recital by Marie Therese Vassallo, accompanied by pianist Dr Romina Morrow.

Sunday

4.30 p.m. The President and Mrs Fenech Adami attend Mass followed by a reception on the occasion of the 100th birthday of Paula Stafrace at Sa Maison Retirement Home, Pietà.

8 The President and Mrs Fenech Adami attend the annual reception hosted by the La Vallette Band Club on the occasion of the feast of St Paul Shipwrecked.
