Three years ago I bought a Samsung LCD television set from Mambra.

Since I experienced a fault in its screen, I called Mambra for a technician to come and repair it. The technician traced the fault and established that a module needed to be changed. I was informed that the cost of replacing the module was around €150, including labour.

Although I was not happy to pay that much, I agreed to have the television repaired. Ten days after the first visit by the technician, I received a telephone call wherein the technician informed me that he would come and replace the module.

He replaced the module and the television worked perfectly. Although the guarantee had expired, he did not charge me anything, except for a small call charge. I was told by the technician that this is a known problem by Samsung and so they decided to repair it free of charge. I was so surprised that I decided to write to you.

I want to thank Mambra for their honesty. I would recommend Mambra to anyone. (Olivia Deguara)
