Carnival masks

Carnival begins this week so our front page today comes from the Bulteel family, of Marsaxlokk, who have sent these brilliant pictures for carnival. If you would like to feature on our front page see page two for details.

Green Gary, who is responsible for GreenPak's Children's club, had invited children to particpate in a Christmas Card Competition. Alot of children sent in their cards made from packaging. Last Wednesday Green Gary presented prizes to the Winner and Runner Up and also to another 5 participants who sent in their cards.

The job of Green Gary and GreenPak is to recover and recycle pacakging waste such as cereal boxes and plastic wrappers. GreenPak is also responsible for the GreenDot Trademark. This means that when you see packaging having that symbol it is being collected and recycled therefore you can also help making the environment cleaner by buying products with the GreenDot.

Green Gary asks you to be on the look out for other competitions involving the Green Dot which will be out very soon with Junior News
