Sir Brooke Boothby has been appointed Malta's honorary consul in Wales. Michael Refalo, Malta's High Commissioner in the UK travelled to Cardiff on January 16 to meet representatives of the Welsh Assembly, as well as leading business and tourism personalities and introduce Malta's new honorary consul.
