Union demands agreement
The Union Ħaddiema Magħqudin has warned the Health Division it will order nursing aides and carers to take industrial action unless an agreement over their allowance and working conditions is concluded.
The union said it held a number of meetings with the division and the Management and Personnel Office within the Prime Minister's Office on the issue.
It said it was giving the authorities until the end of the month before resorting to action.
