Dhalia Real Estate Services has appointed Alan Camilleri chairman and chief executive officer. He replaces from Franco Valletta who has successfully steered the organisation for the past seven years.
Mr Camilleri, executive director of the National Euro Changeover Committee, will join Dhalia in the coming weeks.

Mr Camilleri was responsible for the organisation of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Malta in November 2005, and served as the Prime Minister's communications co- ordinator.
Between 2002 and 2004, Mr Camilleri was also Information Management Officer, setting up Government's first Information Management Unit, and the 159 SPIC Call Centre services within the Social Policy Ministry.
He holds a degree in Bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's degree in training and human resources management from Leicester University.
Established in 1982, Dhalia is a leading real estate organisation with a network of 10 offices, and a staff of more than 80 experienced property consultants.
