The Peugeot Player of the Month winner for December is young Depiro rebounder Abigail Sciberras. She was presented with her award by Colin Schembri, the MBA vice-president.

Depiro won the Super Cup last month to halt Hibs' stride in women's competitions.

Sciberras is one of the best rebounders this season with an average of 7.10 per game.
