I have to mention that over a period of time it has been found necessary for me to be present at the law courts for a long drawn out court case between an insurance company and myself.

Thankfully, I do not usually need to use any public toilets but on one particular occasion I had no other option.

The state of the toilets found on the second floor beggars description, with no toilet paper, no soap in the dispensers and most of all the filth pervading in the toilets themselves. When I complained to someone on the premises he just shrugged his shoulders and said "there is no supervision".

Surely the man in the street is entitled to a clean and hygienic place where he can relieve himself, or are we to be treated as second-class citizens?

Is no one ever held responsible?
