The latest edition (Volume 5, Issue 2) of the Journal of Maltese Education Research (JMER), edited by Dr Carmel Borg, former dean of the University of Malta's Faculty of Education, was issued last month.

The JMER is a fully refereed, electronic journal that provides established and emerging scholars and educational practitioners a space for critical and empirical analysis of issues central to Maltese education policy, curriculum reform and pedagogy.
The journal is of interest to scholars and practitioners working in pre-school education, adult and continuing education, vocational training, and the history of education, among others.
