Word game participants have the chance of winning a four-night tour to Barcelona, in Spain, departing on March 20 and returning on March 25, courtesy of Mondial Travel.

Those taking the tour will also have the option of visiting Montserrat, Andorra, Port Aventura, Girona and Tossa de Mar.

The group meets the tour leader at 6.45 p.m. at the departures hall to check in for the Air Malta flight to Barcelona scheduled to leave at 8.45 p.m., arriving in Spain at 10.50 p.m. A coach will then transport the group to a three-star hotel, located a few minutes drive from the centre of Barcelona.

The tour participants can take an optional excursion to Andorra the following morning, enjoying the mountainous landscape throughout the drive to the capital, Andorra la Vella. The group returns to the hotel in the afternoon.

Another optional excursion will be offered on March 22. This time the group will have the option of visiting the Benedictine Montserrat monastery.

The tour starts with a visit to the Sagrada Familia followed by a visit to Plaza de Catalunya, the Ramblas, the cathedral and the Gothic quarter.

A visit to the Olympic complex on Mont Juic will also be included and a drive to the monastery will take place in the afternoon.

On March 23, an optional transfer to Port Aventura will be available. Port Aventura is the second largest adventure theme park in Europe.

One can then get a taste of Barcelona's nightlife in the evening.

The following morning, after a late breakfast and check out, another optional excursion will be offered to Girona and Tossa de Mar.

The group transfers to Barcelona airport at midnight to check in for the flight back to Malta, which departs at 2.45 a.m. and is scheduled to arrive in Malta at 4.55 a.m.

The prize is for one passenger sharing a twin room, excluding the tax and fuel surcharge, a single room supplement and all personal expenses.

The answers to the previous word game series were courtesan, groundsel, spikenard, headguard, semaphore and intrusive.
