The Malta Communications Authority and representatives of the communications industry donated €1,180.41 (Lm506.75) to Razzett tal-Hbiberija.

The money was raised during the fifth bowling charity event organised by the MCA with the assistance of the Eden Superbowl and through donations from the staff of participating organisations.

Razzett tal-Hbiberija requires at least €931,749 (Lm400,000) a year to offer its services to the public. A donation of €2.33 (Lm1) a month could make all the difference in the life of a disabled person, which the complex caters for.

Those wishing to give a donation can do so either directly to the Razzett tal-Hbiberija's bank account 087080768001 (HSBC) or via SMS. To donate €2.33 (Lm1) send an SMS to 5061 7359, to donate €4.66 (Lm2) send an SMS on 5061 8080 and to donate €6.99 (Lm3) send an SMS to 5061 8926.
