Parking charges at Mater Dei Hospital have been substantially reduced, the Foundation for Medical Services has announced.
It said that time brackets at the hospital car park have also been widened and there will be more free parking in the streets surrounding the hospital.
The parking charges had been a source of frequent complaint, with the Prime Minister having personally intervened for an urgent revision to be made.
The new price structure will match the CVA rates and will be as follows:
