Hyundai is concentrating on acquiring a more sophisticated profile, while still offering good value for money. In an era when branding takes on more importance, Hyundai is striving to create high quality and reliable products which meet the exigencies of a vast array of clients, but also by strengthening its corporate image with automobiles which are instantly recognised as Hyundai.

The current line-up - Atos prime, Getz, Matrix, Tucson, Santa Fe, Terracan and Sonata - is not only rich in quantity, but also in terms of quality and understanding of the high expectations of today's customers.

Hyundai's ambition to 'inspire' is one of the foundations of the brand. The letter 'i' transports this vision to customers.

With the introduction of the Hyundai i30, Hyundai is establishing this brand identity in a sounder, more profound way. The car is a combination of style, eco-friendliness, and advanced technology, quality and innovation.

This is the fruit of Hyundai's latest effort in competing in the C segment, against much accredited competition. The truth is, the effort is more than justified as the i30 is a real eye-opener; among many accolades, the i30 has been named Australia's Car of the Year and the most eco-friendly.

Standard intelligent features such as electrically-assisted power steering, driver and passenger airbags with side curtain airbags, central locking, front electric windows and mirrors, rear split seats, rev counter, anti-whiplash head restraints, radio CD and Mp3 player with six speakers, USB and auxiliary ports, and ABS with EBD, along with Hyundai's reputable quality and reliability enhance the i30's accomplishment.

Meanwhile, the Hyundai i-Blue fuel cell concept was unveiled recently under the show theme of "See what's driving the future". Hyundai's third-generation hydrogen fuel cell concept is a 2+2 crossover utility vehicle (CUV). Sleek, more compact and bursting with techonology that offers enhanced sustainability and climate protection, this is another milestone reached by Hyundai on the road to commercialising this technology.

The i-Blue demonstrates the company's commitment to developing environment-responsible transportation, and to commercialise them in the coming years. Hyundai's new hydrogen-powered, zero-emission concept, the i-Blue fuel cell electric vehicle was developed at Hyundai's Design and Technical Centre in Chiba, Japan. Hyundai is making tremendous efforts not only to reach mass production of hydrogen, but also to make sure its current products are as environment-responsible as possible.
