Becoming better leaders

At a training seminar held at Savio College, Dingli, last weekend, 25 young people, mostly University students, used the Myers-Briggs' personality types and the Keirsey temperaments and other theories to understand themselves and others better and thereby become better leaders in various life situations.

The seminar, entitled 'Take a lead' was organised by the Salesian Pastoral Youth Service (SPYS). It offered the participants a mixture of theory, plenary discussions, hands-on workshops and reflective moments to help them accept and understand the array of characters people can have and training on how to work better with them.
