Frank Salt Real Estate named best international real estate agency
Following the recent presentation of three prestigious international property awards to Frank Salt Real Estate, including Best Estate Agents in Malta 2007, the company was also nominated Best International Real Estate Agency 2007 worldwide last month. Only five real estate agents from a total of 56 participating countries received such a nomination.
The presentation of these awards was held during a gala dinner at the world renowned Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. The ceremony was attended by the company's chairman Frank Salt, managing director Joseph Lupi, director Grahame Salt and senior manager George Vassallo.
Top award went to Leonardis Collins Luxury Homes in Australia. In his presentation speech, managing director of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shields, praised the level of professionalism of the five companies, saying this was an overwhelming success.
Frank Salt has won Best Estate Agent in Malta for the third consecutive year. The other four companies nominated for the award were from the UK, Australia, Dubai and the Canary Islands. Entries are judged on levels of professionalism and employees, company track record, marketing strategies followed and customer care. The other two awards handed to the company in September were Best Estate Agents Marketing 2007 (five-star) and Best Website (four-star).
Mr Lupi said the company's success was due to several factors, particularly professionalism and ethical conduct. Since its inception 38 years ago, Frank Salt Real Estate have always put the interest of the client first "and I believe this makes us stand out".
During their stay in Las Vegas the company directors also attended the National Association of Realtors Conference and Expo, which coincided with the award presentation, held between November 13 and 14, an event which attracts over 30,000 real estate agents worldwide.
