Antonella Cauchi from Bank of Valletta's Mosta Branch was named the BOV Employee of the Year for 2007.

 

Ms Cauchi's dedication to customer service, exemplary attitude and professionalism earned her the prestigious award. 

 

Tonio Depasquale, BOV's Chief Executive Officer presented Ms. Cauchi with an original glass trophy in recognition of her achievement together with a shield which has been engraved with her name and which she will keep for one year.

 

The BOV Employee of the Year award recognises outstanding performance in the delivery of a high quality service in line with the Bank's brand promise. This year, a panel of 50 BOV employees from different units and grades received 39 nominations for the award. Ms. Cauchi emerged the winner in this second edition of this award.
