Portomaso sales target oversubscribed
Tumas Group announced yesterday that sales of Residence Thirty One at Portomaso were stopped on Friday afternoon as the projected sales targets were exceeded by far.
The project was launched on Wednesday.
A spokesman for Tumas Group said that although the group was aware of the demand for this long-awaited phase in the development, sales by far exceeded expectations. Residence Thirty One is largely made up of innovative designer duplexes.
