Pendergardens awards contract to Attard Bros

Pendergardens has awarded the civil works contract for the first phase of Pendergardens to Attard Bros Ltd. The contract was signed on November 6. Attard Bros are expected to start mobilisation immediately as excavations of Phase 1 are complete.

Pendergardens has awarded the civil works contract for the first phase of Pendergardens to Attard Bros Ltd. The contract was signed on November 6.

Attard Bros are expected to start mobilisation immediately as excavations of Phase 1 are complete. Pendergardens chairman Edmund Gatt Baldacchino said he was pleased to have concluded negotiations with such a reputable contractor, and this further confirms Pendergardens' commitment to deliver a quality project on time.

Michael Attard, chairman of Attard Bros, said he was proud and satisfied to be entrusted with such a prestigious project. The MEPA permit for this was issued on October 25.
