Simon Zammit and Alex Borg are out of the IBSF World Championships, in Thailand.

Zammit completed his Group C commitments with one win and one defeat to finish sixth in the final standings.

Sangnil Noppadol, of Thailand, topped the group with 12 wins from 13 matches. The other qualifiers were Vincent Muldoon (Ireland), Mohammed Saleh (Pakis-tan) and Peter Francisco (S. Africa).

Malta champion Borg ended with two wins and a defeat besides compiling the highest break of the competition so far - a 140. However, he was also classified sixth in Group D and out of the KO stages.

England's Michael Rhodes, who beat Borg 4-3, was joined in the last 32 by Dene O'Kane (New Zealand), Andrew Paggett (Wales) and John Torpey (Ireland).
