As part of the re-organisation process, the University's Human Resources Office has set up a Training and Development Section.
One of the section's initial projects is to conduct a Training Needs Assessment to analyse the current training gaps of all administrative, executive, clerical, technical, industrial employees, and messengers within the University.
As the first step to meet this objective, the section will be meeting all directors, deans, heads and officers in order to identify employees' current tasks and immediate training requirements. These meetings will subsequently be completed by analysis at a later stage.
