Gerada to conduct coaches course in Russia

Lara Gerada, an IAAF Level 5 coach and lecturer, is currently in Moscow to run a course for new coaches.

She was invited to conduct the course, which wraps up on Monday, by the International Association of Athletic Federations.

In Malta, Gerada lectures Sports Science and Nutrition at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST).
