Michael Pretes, a Professor of Geography at the University of North Alabama who has published many works on issues related to sovereignty, is the main speaker at a public lecture entitled 'Sovereignty as an asset: The case of micro states' which the Islands and Small States Institute is organising on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lecture Centre, Room 118.
