Steven Fenech and Mandy Ghio earned high placings for Malta in the European Wheelchair Standard and Latin American Championships in Warsaw.

Only the top three couples from each European country are allowed to participate, making the competitions extremely hard.

With a start list of 21 couples, the couple obtained excellent results and were placed sixth in the Standard Championship and eighth in the Latin American Championship.

The Malta Wheelchair Dancesport Association is looking for wheelchair users who are interested in learning to dance and for standing dancers who are interested in partnering a wheelchair dancer.
