Do you know of any talented and successful young people who, individually or in a team, have achieved remarkable goals? Is their success and enthusiasm of inspiration to others?
The Outstanding Young Person (TOYP) award, organised by Junior Chamber International (JCI) Malta, recognises such people.
The fourth JCI Malta's TOYP award is being held collaboration with HSBC Bank Malta plc, KPMG Malta and the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise. JCI Malta is currently accepting nominations and presenting awards in ten award categories.
Past local nominees have included a blend of entrepreneurs, MEPs, musicians, sports and TV personalities, and incredibly dedicated voluntary workers, just to mention a few. All were aged between 18 and 40. It is not necessary to be a JCI member to nominate or to be nominated for the award.
The nomination form may be downloaded from the JCI Malta Website www.jci.org.mt. Next Friday is the closing date for the submission of nominations. The Outstanding Young Person for 2007 winners will be announced during an awards ceremony on November 30.
All eligible nominations may be submitted to the Junior Chamber International TOYP programme for the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World, to be honoured during the 63rd JCI World Congress in New Delhi.
For more information, send an e-mail to the TOYP project team at toyp@jci.org.mt or call 9985-4464 or 9942-3501.
