Michele Peresso Group of Companies has launched PrimeMall®, a shopping centre with between 30 to 40 shops which will open in Republic Street, Victoria in the autumn of next year.

Emmanuel Peresso, chairman of the Peresso Group, announced that together with Island Developers Ltd an investment of over Lm2.5 million (€6.07 million) will be poured into this project.

PrimeMall® will be situated at the heart of the city centre, with a 45-space car park available on the lower floors.

A well-being centre, with a large indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi, will also be available. This centre will include two saunas, health and beauty services and treatments.

At least 80 per cent of the work is being done by Gozitan workers.
