Dangerous tow bars
Can the ADT or any other authority indicate if a law exists about bull bars, tow bars and steel garage-made bumpers fixed on vehicles running around on our roads?
The plastic front grill on my new car has been broken with a tow bar and I have seen an old lady crying in pain on the street after she bashed her knee on a long protruding tow bar.
Recently an advert in the newspapers showed tow bars for sale indicating they are EU approved.
What does this mean?
