I was driving through Tal-Qroqq recently, and noticed one of the traffic wardens' cars parked illegally on a corner, marked with a double yellow line.

Having been given a parking ticket for parking too close to a corner some time ago, I wondered who is meant to fine errant wardens - and if they do get fined, who pays the fine so that it doesn't come out of taxpayers' money anyway.

The illegal parking was at the corner with Triq il-Hriereb, close to the Tal-Qroqq roundabout. (I took pictures).
