The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council are to visit Malta next month to hold a seminar for the local business community.

It will be held on November 29 in the afternoon at the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise in Valletta. The seminar is meant for Maltese importers, exporters and companies considering setting up an office in Hong Kong.

A spokesman for the Brussels-based Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office told The Sunday Times last week: "We want to show the participants how they can benefit from Hong Kong's excellent business environment to do business in the Asia-Pacific region and with China in particular. Hong Kong can act as a bridge between Malta and China."
