On Wednesday, the FHRD is holding the first HR forum for the last quarter of the year and is inviting all the social partners to attend.

The forum is discussing one of the five HR challenges identified through a Web survey carried out by the Boston Consultancy Group in partnership with the European Association for Personnel Management (EAPM) for the next decade.

The challenge is the way to capture knowledge, skills and talent in organisations for the retention of workers. Dr David Attard, an expert in this aspect of HR, is facilitating the forum.
