The Malta University Historical Society invites contributions to the 30th anniversary edition of the Maltese history journal Storja, which is due to be published next year.

Almost uninterruptedly since its foundation in 1978, this history-oriented journal and review has encouraged graduates and undergraduates in history and history-related disciplines to publish articles about their own theses or ongoing research, covering all periods.

Scores of such articles, bibliographies and abstracts of theses have been published, often by first-time authors, occasionally interspersed with contributions from established scholars from the University and also from overseas.

The journal's ideal has always been "essentially the attempt to understand and interpret man in time... by extracting meaning from the documents".

Contributions should be addressed to the editor, Professor Henry Frendo, Room 203, Humanities Building.

Stylistic guidelines are available on request from the Malta University Historical Society on e-mail: callejajurgen@gmail.com
