Traffic wardens' priorities

The eagerness of many traffic wardens to impose fines is a subject which we have already referred to. But we evidently still have to refer to it. We remind traffic wardens that, when it comes to traffic-related duties, their first priority should be to ensure a smooth and safe flow of traffic and definitely not to impose fines.
