The police are investigating a fire which extensively damaged a truck parked in Giovanni Felice Street, Mriehel, on Thursday at about10 p.m.

Sources said the police are suspecting foul play.

The fire was extinguished by the Civil Protection Department.

Another truck parked close by was vandalised and had all its glass shattered.

Magistrate Edwina Grima appointed court experts to help in an inquiry she has opened.
