Vettel moved back five places

Toro Rosso's Sebastian Vettel, who qualified 12th for the Chinese grand prix, will be moved back five grid places for impeding, race stewards said.

Vettel on Friday had seen a 10-place grid penalty imposed in the wake of the Japanese GP replaced by a reprimand.
