Strike two (after umpteen other times)! Just 10 days after the last incident, another traffic accident has occurred at the exact same spot, this time at about 2.45 p.m. on Friday, September 28. Nobody was hurt this time but there could easily have been injuries as there have been in the past.

Again, when does the San Gwann local council plan to set up a "proper" ramp in Triq Fuxa at the St Margerita intersection? Does somebody have to die to get a proper strip of cement laid to force drivers to stop at this intersection?
