Climate change debate

Young marine professionals from around the globe, drawn together by the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST), will be debating climate change on November 7 at the Pacem in Maribus XXXII (PIM XXXII) Conference between November 5 and 8 organised by the IOI-Malta Operational Centre at the University of Malta.

The debate is open to young professionals, students, leading experts and policy and decision makers in the marine and offshore community from all over the world.

Those eager to take part in the debate are urged to go to www.imarest.org/events/climatechange/ to register their interest in joining a team or to share their views online through the specially-established discussion forum at www.imarest.org/forum/.

Further information on the debate is available at www.imarest.org/events/climatechange/ and from Abi Virjee at IMarEST at abi.virjee@imarest.org.
