The Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) said yesterday that the publication on Friday of Legal Notice 271 of 2007 brings into effect the Video Lottery Terminals Regulations (VLT), under the Lotteries and Other Games Act, 2001.

In this regard, the Lotteries and Gaming Authority has prepared a plan to bring this legal notice into effect over the coming months.

In the coming days, the LGA will organise a public meeting to say how it intends to grant the VLT licences.
