An intensive three-day course between October 16 and 18 will focus on how to deliver and improve information technology services.

This course introduces the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and the concept of IT Service Management (ITSM). It outlines the processes required to deliver, measure, and improve IT services. This course also provides a comprehensive look at the concepts and terminology necessary for Foundation level understanding of ITIL V3.

To facilitate participant comprehension, this course includes the popular Airport Simulation-BSM International. This simulation offers an exciting, practical demonstration of the effectiveness of the ITIL concepts. Included in this course is the ITIL V3 Foundation Certification exam, which is administered when the instructional content is complete.

This course is designed for IT professionals, managers, and executives with the desire to successfully implement ITIL and obtain ITIL Version 3 Foundation Certification. It is appropriate for users of all skill levels and there are no pre-requisites.
