Speed camera fine
Having received a reply from the Board of Petitions, which rejected my first appeal to a speeding fine which I incurred last February, I'm seeking to inform myself of any other remedy I may utilise as I have reason to believe that the evidence is flawed.

The ticket says I was overspeeding at 94.2 kmh, while I am absolutely sure that I did not exceed 65 kmh. Driving through the road twice daily for a year, how is it that during this particular event did I not acknowledge the presence of the camera?
I wouldn't get into such hassle had I been guilty back then; I had paid another fine for not showing the parking clock in St Julians straight away, as I was at fault for not paying attention to the signs.
As a taxpayer, do I have the right to go to the Qormi local council and demand to see the history of calibration checks? I'm sure that this piece of evidence will be more than enough for me to present to the tribunal, which is scheduled for October 31.
I'd really appreciate any feedback from people who have gone through this or have some information about this matter.
