Flood replaces Noon for England

England called up Toby Flood to replace injured centre Jamie Noon yesterday and flyhalf Jonny Wilkinson declared himself available for selection for Saturday's pool match against Samoa. England were without a recognised flyhalf in their defeat by South Africa, with both Wilkinson and Olly Barkley injured, and Flood's arrival will provide cover in this position.
