A 17-year-old from Rabat was arraigned in court and accused of putting another man's life in jeopardy when he grievously injured him in St Julians yesterday.

The police said the teenager was also accused of breaking the peace.

The accused pleaded not guilty and was granted bail on condition that he signs at his local police station, desists from talking to the witnesses and is at home between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m.
