Oxygène Dive Centre, in Sliema is inviting divers and non-divers to help in Project Aware's International Clean-up Day 2007 today. This year, Oxygène is focusing on the underwater area around HMS Maori Wreck in St Elmo Bay, Valletta.

The clean-up is scheduled to start at 3.30 p.m. from the Dive Centre at Tignè Seafront, in Sliema, and is expected to end at about 6 p.m. followed by a short presentation and snacks. Those interested in participating are asked to call 2134 5986 or e-mail malta@oxygenediving.com.

Divers will be required to bring their certification card and sign the PADI medical statement and underwater liability release.
