I want to say a big thank you to all benefactors and friends of the Mission Fund for their generous heart and hard work to help the Maltese missionaries in the Third World countries.

In Ethiopia we have three houses and I am in Gosa in a remote and isolated area where there is no electricity nor telephone and the people are living in round huts made of bamboo and banana leaves.

We are four of the sisters of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary. Two sisters are involved in preventive and curative care and treatment in the clinic, one sister works in women's promotion and I am involved in primary education, kindergarten, primary school, public library and pastoral care of the people.

Recently, we received big help from Mission Fund, Mosta and I encourage all dear friends of Malta and Gozo to send used stamps, used telecards and all their help to the Mission Fund, 72, St Joseph, Flat 2, Triq il-Farinal, Mosta MST 07.
