Could someone from the Malta Transport Authority explain why the road licence for a car with TF licence plates cannot be renewed online as with other licenses? Most TF licences, as happens to be this case in point, belong to people with disabilities.

Could someone from the Malta Transport Authority explain why the road licence for a car with TF licence plates cannot be renewed online as with other licenses?

Most TF licences, as happens to be this case in point, belong to people with disabilities. Instead of making it easier by enabling them to renew their road licence online they have to visit the Licensing Office in Floriana, according to the online instructions.
