Shame on the Church authorities who condone such irresponsible behaviour. Shame on the authorities who issue the relevant permits.

What happened to the "once proclaimed" 11 p.m. deadline?

But then, we are in Malta where one has the constitutional right to complain but where the people to whom the complaint is addressed just couldn't be bothered.
