About 300 children have taken part in Gozo's 2007 edition of Skola Sajf which comes to an end today.

For the last eight weeks, nine centres around Gozo were the hub of continuous activities organised by Gozitan university students through the coordination of the Ministry for Gozo.

Skola Sajf 2007 included drawing and painting, crafts, games and informative meetings with personalities involved in the voluntary and social sectors.

The programme for this year primarily focused on the introduction of the euro, the importance of healthy eating, and animal care. Students created projects illustrating these themes, which are now on display in an exhibition set up at Sir Arturo Mercieca Primary School in Victoria.
