The Crimsonwing Group has acquired part of the UK-based company, Peracto Solutions Ltd, which offers Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to the media and publishing sector.
Peracto Solutions Ltd is an independent IT solutions provider specialising in finance and business management, security and messaging, and managed service solutions.
The Crimsonwing Microsoft Dynamics part of the business will be managed by Jaap Schram De Jong, one of the co-founders of Peracto Solutions. "Having reviewed the existing strengths of the Dynamics team that services our printing, publishing and advertising clients, and the current strengths of the Crimsonwing Dynamics team, this merger allows us to build on the strong foundations to strengthen our position as a leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and preferred supplier to the media and entertainment industry," Mr Schram De Jong said.
"In the meantime, the broader Crimsonwing expertise in e-commerce solutions and bespoke system development allows us to provide far broader and efficient solutions to our clients."
